• What You Will Do Handle customers at the jewellery counter.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable designs.
• Explain gold, diamond, jewellery quality, pricing and making charges.
• Generate sales and achieve individual targets.
• Convert enquiries and walk-in customers into sales.
• Follow up with customers for pending enquiries and orders.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate with billing and back-office teams.
• Maintain professional showroom standards and customer service.
• We Are Looking For 0–3 years of experience in Gold Jewellery Retail Sales / Counter Sales.
• Good knowledge of gold and diamond jewellery.
• Strong customer handling and sales conversion skills.
• Good Gujarati communication.
• Confident, target-oriented and customer-focused personality.
• Professional grooming and behaviour.
