Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive for our industrial machine manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with clients, and supporting the sales process from the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
• Prepare and share quotations, product details, and technical specifications with customers.
• Follow up with customers for order confirmation and payment status.
• Coordinate with the field sales, production, and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
• Maintain customer database and sales records.
• Generate leads through telecalling and digital platforms.
• Support dealers and existing customers with product-related information.
• Maintain regular communication with clients for repeat business.
• Prepare daily sales reports and inquiry tracking updates.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of industrial machinery or engineering products preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email drafting, WhatsApp communication, and basic computer operations.
• Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
• Organized, disciplined, and target-oriented approach.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/Diploma holder in any stream preferred.
• Experience in telecalling, customer support, B2B sales, or industrial product sales will be an advantage.
• Female/Male candidates both can apply.
