About the CompanyIZON TOOLS is a growing industrial cutting tools company dealing in CNC cutting tools and machining solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, and import-export documentation.

• Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records in Tally Prime.
• Manage GST returns, GST reconciliations, and related compliance.
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filing.
• Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and bank entries.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Prepare sales, purchase, expense, and outstanding reports.
• Handle import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, Bills of Entry (BOE), and shipping documents.
• Coordinate with banks, customs agents, freight forwarders, suppliers, and consultants for import-related documentation.
• Maintain proper records for audits and statutory requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Required SkillsGood working knowledge of Tally Prime and accounting principles.
• Practical experience in GST returns and compliance.
• Knowledge of TDS and return filing.
• Understanding of import-export documentation and customs procedures.
• Good Excel and MS Office skills.
• Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Eligibility Criteria2–3 years of relevant experience in accounts and taxation.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• Candidates with hands-on import documentation experience will be preferred.
• Experience in trading, manufacturing, or import-export companies will be an added advantage.
