Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to connect with prospective students and parents, explain our courses and career opportunities, generate interest, and support the admissions team through effective follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads and enquiry databases.
• Attend incoming enquiry calls and provide relevant information.
• Explain courses, course duration, eligibility, fees, offers and career opportunities.
• Understand the student's requirements, interests and career goals.
• Generate counselling appointments and walk-in visits.
• Follow up with prospective students regularly through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and enquiry status.
• Update lead information in Excel, Google Sheets or CRM.
• Coordinate with the Career Counsellor and Admissions Team.
• Inform students about workshops, seminars, events and admission offers.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and admission-support targets.
• Prepare daily calling and follow-up reports.
• Maintain professional and polite communication with students and parents.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and follow-up abilities.
• Pleasant and confident telephone etiquette.
• Ability to communicate in Gujarati, Hindi and English.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in telecalling, education counselling, sales or customer service will be preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
