What You’ll Do
- Interact with clients to understand travel needs & budgets
- Create and suggest customized itineraries/packages
- Handle bookings for flights, hotels, tours & transport
- Provide visa & travel assistance
- Deliver excellent customer service & after-sales support
- Achieve sales targets and build lasting client relationships
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate in Tourism/Hospitality/Business (preferred)
- Experience in a travel agency or tour operations (0–3 years)
- Knowledge of domestic & international destinations
- Strong communication, sales & problem-solving skills
- Customer-first attitude and passion for travel
