Job Description – Sales Coordinator

*Location:* Bhateja Colony, Rajpura

*Position:* Sales Coordinator

*Working Hours:* 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

*Weekly Off:* Sunday

*Salary:* ₹10,000/- In-Hand

### Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate with the *Sales Team* through WhatsApp and phone calls.

* Communicate with *dealers, distributors, and parties* regarding orders, payments, and requirements.

* Follow up on daily orders and ensure timely order processing.

* Maintain daily sales records and reports.

* Handle *billing and basic accounts-related work*.

* Prepare and maintain reports using *MS Excel*.

* Coordinate with the *Billing, Dispatch, and Accounts Departments*.

* Track pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.

* Ensure proper and timely communication between the sales team and office.

### Requirements

* Good knowledge of *MS Excel*.

* Basic knowledge of *Accounts and Billing*.

* Good communication and calling skills.

* Good knowledge of *WhatsApp and office communication*.

* Ability to maintain records and reports systematically.

* Previous experience in *Sales Coordination/Office Administration* preferred.

* *1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.*
