Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and increasing revenue. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching services/products, and maintaining strong client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels
• Generate leads and convert them into potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
• Maintain records of sales activities and prepare reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
• Basic understanding of sales and business development strategies
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude

Experience:

• Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development preferred
