Insurance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle new and renewal motor insurance for customers.
• Explain insurance policies, coverage, premium, add-ons, and benefits to customers.
• Generate insurance leads from Sales and Service customers.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance, renewal, endorsements, and claims.
• Follow up with customers for insurance renewals and pending documents.
• Maintain proper records of insurance policies, renewals, and customer details.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams to maximize insurance business.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely policy processing.
• Assist customers with insurance-related queries and claim coordination.
• Achieve assigned insurance sales and renewal targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Motor Insurance/Automobile Dealership Insurance preferred.
• Good knowledge of Motor Insurance policies, coverage, add-ons, and renewals.
• Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
• Knowledge of insurance documentation and claim process will be an advantage.
• Target-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
