Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to candidates and prospective clients.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Explain job opportunities and company services clearly.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and candidate details.
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and joining formalities.
  • Meet daily and monthly calling targets.
  • Update CRM/Excel sheets with call outcomes and candidate information.
  • Coordinate with the HR team for recruitment activities.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling candidate data.
