Job Description
- Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and verify journal entries, ledgers, vouchers, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and ensure timely filing.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and clients as required.
- Prepare and monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgets.
- Review invoices, payments, receipts, and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and reconciliation issues.
- Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and financial regulations.
- Supervise and guide junior accountants and accounting staff.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality of financial information.
- Work on accounting software such as Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
