Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and execute day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and project schedule.
- Monitor RCC, structural, masonry, finishing and other civil works.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors and project teams.
- Check site measurements, quantities and progress of work.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Monitor consumption and availability of construction materials.
- Ensure quality standards and approved construction methodologies are followed.
- Assist in preparation and verification of contractor/subcontractor bills.
