- Key ResponsibilitiesField Leadership & Outreach: Act as the primary face of Physics Wallah in your assigned district, driving ground-level brand awareness ,manage and add new channel partner and student engagement.
- Sales & Distribution: Execute localized marketing and field sales strategies to meet growth and outreach targets.
- Relationship Management: Build strong connections with students, parents, local educational institutions, and channel partners within the community.
- Data & Reporting: Track daily field activities, market trends, and conversion metrics, reporting directly to the state spoc.
- Impact Creation: Educate students and parents about PW courses, counseling them on making the right educational choices.
- Candidate Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Minimum graduation.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in field sales,Fintech, BPO, distribution, or marketing.
- Mandatory Requirement: Must possess a valid driving license, a personal two-wheeler (bike), and a smartphone for daily field operations.
- Skills: Strong communication, local market knowledge, persuasive negotiation skills, and a high-energy, self-motivated attitude.
