Job Title: Store Incharge / Store Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Store Incharge to oversee our daily warehouse and store operations. The primary responsibilities include managing inventory, handling inward and outward material flow, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring the efficient function of the storage facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Stock Management:

Maintain accurate physical stock counts and reconcile them with ERP/inventory systems.

Conduct periodic stock audits and report discrepancies or damaged goods.

Monitor stock levels to prevent stock-outs or excess inventory buildup.

Material Handling (Inward & Outward):

Receive incoming stock/raw materials, inspect quality/quantity against Purchase Orders (PO), and log Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).

Dispatch materials/products based on authorized requisitions or sales orders.

Ensure proper labeling, sorting, and systematic storage of materials.

Documentation & Record Keeping:

Prepare daily stock reports, dispatch manifests, and material issue slips.

Maintain delivery receipts, challans, gate passes, and vendor invoices accurately.

Store Safety & Maintenance:

Ensure the store area is clean, well-organized, and safe for staff and materials.

Implement safety protocols for handling heavy or hazardous items.

Coordination & Supervision:

Liaise with procurement, production, logistics, and sales teams for seamless material movement.

Supervise helper staff, loaders, or store assistants assigned to the warehouse.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Graduate, Diploma, or 12th Pass (preferably with inventory management training).

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in store management, warehouse operations, or stock keeping.

Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel/Word, Tally, or ERP software like SAP).

Key Competencies: Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, basic numeracy, and good communication skills.
