Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Telecaller / Customer Query Executive to handle customer enquiries over phone and WhatsApp. The person will speak with interested customers, understand their requirements, explain basic project details, schedule site visits, and maintain proper follow-up records.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys speaking with people, can communicate clearly in Hindi, and can manage daily calling and follow-up work in a disciplined way.

Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries.

- Call leads shared by the company and explain Grihavo's property/land offerings.

- Understand customer requirements such as location preference, budget, purpose, and timeline.

- Explain basic project details, pricing range, site visit process, and next steps.

- Schedule qualified customers for site visits with the field sales team.

- Follow up with customers regularly through calls and WhatsApp.

- Maintain accurate lead records in Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM.

- Update call status, customer requirement, follow-up date, and remarks after every conversation.

- Coordinate with site visit executives and sales team for customer appointments.

- Share customer feedback, common questions, and objections with the team.

- Meet daily targets for calls, connected calls, follow-ups, and site visit scheduling.

Requirements

- Excellent spoken Hindi and clear voice.

- Basic English understanding is preferred.

- Good listening, communication, and persuasion skills.

- Comfortable making phone calls and handling customer queries.

- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Excel, and smartphone/computer usage.

- Disciplined with follow-ups and daily reporting.

- Polite, confident, energetic, and target-oriented.

- Ability to handle customer objections calmly.

- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, real estate, banking, insurance, edtech, loan sales, or local sales is preferred.

- Freshers can apply if communication skills are strong.

Good To Have

- Experience in real estate or property-related calling.

- Knowledge of Ranchi local areas and nearby locations.

Working Hours

Working hours: 9AM to 6:00PM. (One Weekday off)

Candidates should be comfortable with daily calling targets and regular follow-ups, including weekend customer coordination.

Compensation

- Fixed salary: Rs. 10,000 per month.

- Commission/Incentives for successful bookings.
