Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle walk-in customers and generate sales.
  • Explain products, pricing, condition, warranty & offers.
  • Handle WhatsApp/call enquiries and customer follow-ups.
  • Manage billing, payments and daily sales reporting.
  • Maintain inventory, IMEI/serial numbers and stock records.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, discipline and SOP compliance.
  • Coordinate daily store operations and report issues to management.
  • RequirementsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic computer/Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
  • Experience in mobile/electronics/Apple retail preferred.
  • Honest, responsible and detail-oriented.
  • Punctual, disciplined and able to work independently.
  • Strong ownership mindset — should not require constant supervision.
