Retail Sales Associate

Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive / Retail Associate to join our shop team. The ideal candidate will greet customers, understand their requirements, showcase products effectively, and drive sales while ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Welcome customers warmly, assist them in finding the right products, and answer questions regarding features, pricing, and availability.

Sales & Conversion: Proactively pitch products, suggest complementary items, and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.

Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display of merchandise on the shop floor.

Inventory Management: Help with stock checks, restock shelves, and inform management about low-stock items.

Billing & Transactions: Handle cash, digital payments, and billing accurately using the store POS system (if applicable).

Customer Relationship: Address customer feedback, handle basic complaints gracefully, and build long-term customer loyalty.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Minimum 10th/12th Pass or Graduate.

Experience: Freshers with good communication skills are welcome; candidates with prior retail or sales experience will be preferred.

Skills: Strong communication, persuasive selling skills, friendly demeanor, and basic math/handling transactions.

Language: Comfortable communicating in local language and basic English.
