Field Sales Executive

Key targets and responsibilities-

• Achieve monthly sales target assigned by the company.
• Generate new leads and convert them into active customers.
• Visit a set number of clients daily (as per company requirement).
• Maintain and grow sales from existing customers through regular follow-ups.
• Submit daily sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.
• Collect payments on time and ensure zero outstanding beyond allowed limits.
• Meet product placement, visibility, and promotion targets in the field.
• Identify market opportunities, competitor activities, and report insights.
• Achieve weekly and monthly performance KPIs (visits, conversions, revenue).
