Job Description
We are looking for an HR executive with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities of an HR Executive:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
- Operation Work
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, EPF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate employee induction, training, and performance evaluation.
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Monitor employee discipline and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower planning and staffing requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain HR databases.
- Support exit formalities, full & final settlement, and clearance processes.
- Organize employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the management.
