ZTOC Sellers Service Pvt. Ltd. is an e-commerce services company helping sellers manage and grow their businesses across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart and other marketplaces.

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who can independently manage our HR operations and help us build a structured, professional and performance-driven workplace.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle job postings, candidate screening, interviews and selection coordination.
• Manage employee joining, onboarding, documentation and probation processes.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation.
• Handle employee queries, grievances and workplace conflicts professionally.
• Monitor employee discipline, punctuality and adherence to company policies.
• Coordinate employee performance reviews and KPI tracking.
• Identify underperforming employees and manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
• Assist management in developing and implementing HR policies and SOPs.
• Coordinate monthly attendance, salary inputs and incentive-related information with accounts/management.
• Manage employee training, induction and development activities.
• Conduct employee engagement and feedback activities.
• Handle resignation, notice period, exit interviews and employee clearance processes.
• Prepare regular HR reports and maintain HR MIS.
• Ensure proper and confidential handling of employee information and documents.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in HR/HR Operations.
• Strong experience in recruitment and employee management.
• Good understanding of performance management and employee relations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle employee issues and maintain workplace discipline.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of HR operations.
• Experience in a startup, SME, e-commerce, IT/ITES or sales-driven organization will be preferred.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification will be an added advantage.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience and capability)
