WE’RE HIRING – HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle bulk hiring for agent-level positions and lateral recruitment.
  • Source candidates through various job portals and recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate communication and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate with candidates, interviewers, and hiring teams.
  • Follow up on interview feedback and maintain recruitment trackers.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to joining.


Eligibility Criteria:


  • Minimum qualification: Graduation.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Good English communication skills are required.
  • Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
