We are looking for an experienced Insurance Sales and Marketing Manager to drive insurance sales, recruit and onboard employees, coordinate teams, and achieve business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong team-building and coordination skills, knowledge of insurance products, and a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve insurance sales targets.
• Promote insurance policies and packages to potential customers.
• Recruit, screen, and onboard insurance advisors and employees.
• Build, train, and coordinate the sales team.
• Guide team members to improve sales performance and productivity.
• Maintain customer relationships and follow up on sales leads.
• Monitor team performance and prepare regular sales reports.
• Travel locally for client meetings and business development.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Graduate with at least 2 years of relevant experience in insurance sales, marketing, or team management.
• Good understanding of insurance products and policy sales.
• Strong communication, recruitment, and team coordination skills.
• Target-oriented with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence.

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹40,000 per month
• Incentives: ₹15,000+ based on performance
• Salary depends on skills and experience.
