Lead Generation Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Lead Qualification Executive (LQE) to join our US Healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential healthcare-related prospects, understanding their requirements, qualifying leads based on defined criteria, and generating sales opportunities for the business.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a confident personality, and the ability to engage with US-based prospects professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US-based leads.
• Understand prospect requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
• Qualify leads based on predefined qualification criteria.
• Clearly explain the company's services and value proposition.
• Ask relevant questions to understand the prospect's needs, requirements, and decision-making process.
• Maintain professional communication with prospects throughout the conversation.
• Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the appropriate sales team.
• Accurately update lead information and call outcomes in the CRM.
• Maintain daily call, lead qualification, and conversion targets.
• Achieve assigned productivity, quality, and lead-generation KPIs.
• Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate responses.
• Coordinate with Sales/Business Development teams for qualified opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information.
