About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and manage day-to-day activities of our employees. The ideal candidate will keep teams aligned, workflows running smoothly, and ensure targets are met consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily operations of the team
- Assign tasks, track performance, and ensure timely completion of work
- Coordinate between departments and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Maintain attendance, schedules, and productivity records
- Report operational updates and issues to management
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (management preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in operations or team management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Candidates from the healthcare domain will be preferred
