2. Job Description
About the Role: We are hiring an aggressive, results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to design, manage, and scale paid digital campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search/PMax). If you know how to lower Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and maximize ROAS, we want you on our team in Ranchi!
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute high-converting Meta & Google Ad campaigns.
• Target regional audiences across Jharkhand and pan-India markets.
• Manage ad budgets, track daily spend, and optimize for maximum ROI.
• Run A/B tests on ad creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
• Set up tracking tools (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, GTM).
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance & ROI reports.
Candidate Requirements:
• 1– 3 years of hands-on experience in paid marketing (Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads).
• Strong analytical skills (Excel, Google Sheets, GA4).
• Ability to work independently and manage campaign scaling.
• Good communication skills.
