Sales Executive

ZTOC Sellers Service Pvt. Ltd. helps businesses start, manage, and grow their presence on leading e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and others. We provide end-to-end seller support, account management, and business growth solutions.


Job Responsibilities


  • Generate and qualify leads through calls and other outreach methods.
  • Explain the company’s services to prospective clients.
  • Convert leads into customers by effectively presenting service packages.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Coordinate with the onboarding and account management teams for a smooth client experience.


Requirements


  • Minimum qualification: Graduate.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi. Basic English communication is preferred.
  • Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
