Sales Intern

Job Summary -

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, presenting our services, handling objections, and converting prospects into customers.

• Key Responsibilities -
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, online research.
• Contact potential clients and introduce the company's products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Conduct sales pitches and explain the benefits of our services.
• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations effectively.
• Convert qualified leads into paying customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications -

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in sales can apply.
• Prior experience in Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, or Lead Generation will be an advantage.
