Job Description

        

  • Oversee day-to-day centre operations, housekeeping, and facility maintenance.       
  • Manage front desk, staff attendance, andstudent/parent walk-ins.
  • Handle procurement and stock of stationery, housekeeping, and pantry items.       
  • Coordinate repairs, vendor services, and upkeep of classroom infrastructure.     
  • Support in organising meetings, exams, and local events     
  • Manage petty cash and vendor bills and maintain expense records.     
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance at the centre.
  • Coordinate with the branch head and HO teams for administrative requirements.
