Job Title: Insurance Renewal Executive (Female)

Job Description:

 We are hiring female fresher candidates for a Work-from-Office Insurance Renewal (R1) executive position. The candidate should be fluent in Tamil and be comfortable making outbound calls to prospective customers

HR Interview will be conducted at office location in offline mode only.

Requirements:

• Only female candidates
• Only Fresher candidates with no prior work experience
• Must speak Tamil
• Must have a Android smartphone
• Any education qualification
• Must be able to make customer calls
• Work-from-office role
• No fees or registration charges
• Based on the performance we provide the Hybrid Mode 3 days WFO & 3 days WFH

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 25 calls daily to customers
• Good communication skills
• Provide information and handle basic queries
• Maintain professionalism and accuracy during communication
• Customer-friendly attitude
• Willingness to learn and improve

Training

• 5 days of training will be given in offline mode
• Work starts from after Successful training and Review

Working Hours & Days

Hours : 4Hours per day

Slots timing : 9.30AM - 1.30 PM or 2.00PM - 6.00PM

Days : Monday - Saturday

Sunday & Public holidays - No work

Work Rules

• Make 25 calls per day
• 625 customer calls per month
