We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee our financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide strategic financial planning. You will manage the accounting of our vendor, handle month-end and year-end closes, payroll management and overall company ledger with leadership to maintain the financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Oversight: Manage daily accounting functions, including AP/AR, payroll, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS).
• Taxation & Compliance: Ensure timely submission of tax returns, regulatory filings, and external audit requirements.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with executive teams to build annual budgets and work audit forecasts.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and evaluate our executive staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency across all operations demanding financially.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: CA / Master. Accounts / Phd.Accounts / ACCA / CMA) Any graduate.
• Experience: 2+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, financial modeling).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent leadership, and clear communication skills.
