Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to drive residential property sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and customer engagement to site visits, negotiations, and successful closures, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities



Drive sales of residential projects and achieve assigned sales targets.



Handle inquiries generated through digital campaigns, walk-ins, channel partners, and referrals.



Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential properties.



Conduct project presentations, property demonstrations, and site visits.



Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.



Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and successfully close sales.



Ensure timely follow-up with prospects to maximize conversions.



Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.



Coordinate with CRM, Finance, Legal, and Project teams to ensure smooth booking and documentation.



Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.



Prepare and share regular sales reports and pipeline updates with management.



Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in any discipline.



Strong understanding of residential real estate sales.



Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.



Customer-focused with strong relationship management abilities.



Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.



Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
