Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and other café products while maintaining excellent customer service and hygiene standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve coffee, tea, cold beverages, shakes, and other menu items as per company standards.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
• Take customer orders accurately and process them through the POS system.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints politely.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, counter, equipment, and work area.
• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
• Maintain proper stock levels and inform the manager about shortages or wastage.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of coffee, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
• Minimize wastage and maintain proper portion control.
• Support the team during busy hours and assist with other café operations when required.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and instructions from the reporting manager.
• Required SkillsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and basic barista techniques.
• Ability to operate coffee machines and café equipment.
• Good sense of cleanliness and hygiene.

• Qualification & ExperienceMinimum 12th Pass; graduate candidates may also apply.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Barista or in a café/restaurant environment is preferred.
• Freshers with a strong interest in the café and hospitality industry may also be considered.
