• Responsibilities:Contact customers through phone calls regarding pending payments.
• Remind customers about due dates and overdue accounts.
• Maintain professional communication and build positive customer relationships.
• Follow up regularly with customers for payment commitments.
• Update collection records and customer responses in the system.
• Escalate difficult cases to the Collection Manager when required.
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
• Requirements:Intermediate/Graduate qualification preferred.
• Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Experience in collections, telecalling, or customer service is preferred.

Field Executive – CollectionsJob Title:Field Executive – Collections

• Responsibilities:Visit customers for collection of overdue payments.
• Meet assigned daily collection targets.
• Verify customer addresses and contact details when required.
• Submit daily collection reports to the supervisor.
• Maintain proper documentation of collected payments.
• Follow company policies and collection procedures.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Requirements:Minimum 10th Pass/Intermediate.
• Valid Driving License and two-wheeler preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned areas.
• Experience in field collections, recovery, or sales is preferred.
