Job Description
- Social Media Executive / Content CreatorMain WorkManage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & WhatsApp content
- Create and post Reels, Posts, Stories & Shorts
- Make simple posters, thumbnails & promotional creatives
- Shoot basic mobile photos/videos when required
- Edit short videos for Reels & Social Media
- Write simple captions, titles, hashtags & CTA text
- Plan daily/weekly content for our brands
- Promote Products, Events, Offers & New Launches
- Cover Expos, Events, Office Activities & Behind-the-Scenes
- Reply to basic comments/messages and forward leads to the concerned team
- Follow current Reels, music and content trends
- Track views, reach, engagement and leads
- Maintain all social media files and content neatly
- AI SkillsUse ChatGPT or similar AI tools for content ideas, captions, scripts and planning
- Use AI Image Tools for posters, concepts and social media creatives
- Use AI Video Tools for reels, promos and creative video content
- Use AI for background removal, image enhancement, voice, subtitles and quick edits
- Convert a simple idea or reference into multiple creative content variations using AI
- Learn and test new AI tools useful for social media work
- AI output should be checked, corrected and customized before publishing
- We Need Someone WhoHas good creative ideas
- Can create content without waiting for every small instruction
- Can understand a reference and make a similar or better concept
- Can handle multiple brands with different content styles
- Knows basic Canva / Photoshop / Premiere Pro / CapCut or similar tools
- Has interest in AI-based content creation
- Can communicate in Telugu + English
- Comfortable appearing or speaking in videos when required — advantage
- Can work fast during events and promotions
- Job DetailsTime: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Working: 6 Days a Week
- Laptop: Own laptop preferred
- Skill, creativity and AI usage are more important than certificates
