Job Description
- Contact customers to follow up on pending AMC fees, membership dues, and other outstanding payments.
- Persuade customers to clear overdue payments through professional communication and negotiation.
- Make regular follow-up calls and remind customers of payment deadlines.
- Handle customer queries, payment objections, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, pending dues, and promised payment dates.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets assigned by management.
- Coordinate with the team and management to resolve payment-related issues.
- Prepare daily collection reports and provide updates on recovery performance.
- Ensure timely collection of payments while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Follow company policies and ethical recovery practices.
