Field Sales Executive

Route Sales & Coverage: Travel daily on an assigned route, visiting hardware shops, agri-input stores, and fencing/wire outlets as per the planned journey cycle.

New Outlet Acquisition: Identify and onboard new outlets to stock and sell Micon Wires fencing products; pitch product benefits, pricing, and margins.

Order Generation: Book orders from existing and new outlets, ensuring adequate stock availability at each point.

Payment Collection: Collect outstanding payments from outlets as per credit terms, and ensure timely reconciliation with the accounts team.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with shop owners and dealers to secure repeat business and loyalty.

Market Intelligence: Track competitor products, pricing, and outlet feedback; report market trends to the sales manager.

Merchandising: Ensure proper product display, branding material placement, and visibility at outlet points.

Reporting: Maintain daily visit reports, sales data, and collection records; submit route summaries to the reporting manager.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales and collection targets for the assigned territory.
