Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team at the Shivamogga location. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business, managing customer relationships, and guiding the sales team to improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Generate new customers and business opportunities through field sales, referrals, and networking.
• Promote chit fund products and services to prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Monitor daily sales activities, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Ensure achievement of monthly login, group business, and collection targets.
• Conduct regular team meetings and review individual performance.
• Support team members in customer visits, sales presentations, and closing business.
• Identify new market opportunities in and around Shivamogga.
• Ensure timely collection of installments and follow up on pending payments.
• Coordinate with the Branch/Regional Office for sales, collections, and customer-related activities.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
