GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATE (GSA) – 3 POSITIONS (1 CAPTAIN + 2 GSA)

Key Responsibilities: Captain

• Receive and accurately record room service orders.
• Explain menu items, availability, preparation time, and applicable charges to guests.
• Enter orders correctly into the POS/order management system.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for timely preparation.
• Monitor pending orders and ensure timely delivery to guest rooms.
• Handle guest requests, special instructions, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor room service equipment, cutlery, crockery, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with resort SOPs and hygiene standards.
• Assist in supervising Room Service GSAs during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities: GSA

• Guest handling and table service
• Taking and serving food & beverage orders
• Table setup, clearing & resetting
• Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and service standards
• Handling guest requests professionally
• Supporting smooth operations during peak hours

MULTI-TASKER – 1 POSITION

Barista + F&B Service Experience Preferred

Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages

• Handle food & beverage service

• Take guest orders and ensure accurate service

• Assist with restaurant/coffee shop operations

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards

• Handle guest requests professionally

• Support the F&B team during peak hours

• Perform multiple operational duties as required
