Job Description
Job Title: Loan Sales Executive (Field Job)
About the Role:
We are hiring Loan Sales Executives for field sales of Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP) and other secured & unsecured loans. You will handle the complete loan journey – from finding the customer to getting the loan disbursed.
What You Will Do:
- Generate leads through field visits, references, property dealers, builders, CAs and local market networks
- Meet customers, understand their loan needs and suggest the right product
- Explain loan terms, interest rates and eligibility clearly and convince customers to apply
- Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, income proof, property papers)
- Log in files and coordinate with the credit and operations team
- Follow up with customers at every stage until sanction and disbursement
- Build and maintain a network of connectors/DSAs for regular business
- Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets
Who Can Apply:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in loan sales (Home Loan, LAP, Business Loan, Personal Loan or similar)
- Candidates from credit card, insurance or real estate field sales can also apply
- Good knowledge of the local area and market
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills
- Must have a two-wheeler with valid driving licence and a smartphone
- Minimum qualification: 12th
- Language: [Hindi / local language] + basic English
