Home Loan Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Home Loan Sales Executive responsible for generating leads, acquiring customers, and converting them into successful home loan applications and disbursals. The candidate will be required to work through field visits as well as office-based sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads for Home Loans through field visits, references, telecalling, digital leads, and other sources.

Identify potential customers and understand their financial and loan requirements.

Meet customers personally at their home, workplace, property site, or other convenient locations when required.

Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, documentation, and repayment terms to customers.

Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospective customers into loan applications.

Coordinate with the credit, operations, and verification teams for smooth processing of applications.

Collect and verify the required customer documents.

Maintain regular follow-ups until loan approval and disbursal.

Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursal targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, applications, and conversions.

Develop and maintain relationships with customers, builders, property dealers, DSAs, and other potential lead sources.
