📍 Job Location: NH 24, R-16, Vrindavan Dham, Near Naveen Chowk, Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives

Experience:

• Minimum 1 years of B2B Sales Telesales experience required.
• Solar industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in B2B client handling, lead conversion, sales follow-ups, and vendor management.
• Must be comfortable working on CRM and maintaining accurate sales records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert B2B leads through outbound calls.
• Understand client requirements and pitch suitable solar solutions.
• Manage and coordinate with vendors for smooth business operations.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline through CRM.
• Handle client queries, negotiations, and sales closures.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong client relationships.
