• Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and update data accurately in Excel, Google Sheets, and company software.
• Maintain and organize records, documents, and databases.
• Verify data for accuracy and correct errors when required.
• Prepare basic reports and maintain daily records.
• Handle data-related documentation and filing.
• Perform regular data checking and updating.
• Coordinate with other departments whenever required.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Basic computer and internet knowledge.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and organize data.
• Basic knowledge of formulas in Excel will be an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
