Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to visit new and ongoing construction sites, meet key decision-makers, and generate new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Visit new and under-construction project sites.
• Meet decision-makers such as Project Managers, Contractors, Site Supervisors, Purchase Managers, Procurement Teams, Architects, and Consultants.
• Introduce and explain our company, products, and portfolio to potential clients.
• Identify the right contacts and maintain a database of their name, designation, company, phone number, email, and project details.
• Generate new leads through regular site visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Track new and upcoming construction projects.
• Submit regular reports of site visits, contacts, leads, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable meeting new people.
• Good presentation and convincing skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and email.
• Experience in field sales, construction, building materials, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
