Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive regional sales growth, expand market presence, build a strong field sales team, and develop strategic business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and expand the field sales team.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Identify new markets, generate leads, and develop business opportunities.
• Build relationships with business owners, corporate clients, and industry associations.
• Handle key accounts, negotiations, and high-value deal closures.
• Monitor CRM updates, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities.
• Train and motivate team members to improve performance.
• Develop market expansion strategies and report progress to senior management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, or business development.
• Prior team-handling and leadership experience.
• Experience in SaaS, HRMS, payroll, IT, or software sales preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new markets.
• Strong networking, client-handling, and CRM management skills.

Preferred:

Candidates with an established business network in Surat and South Gujarat.
