About the Role

We are looking for confident and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable speaking with customers, and have a genuine interest in building a long-term career in Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls and other communication channels.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Communicate with customers professionally, politely, and confidently.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow the required process.
• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer issues.
• Understand basic accounting-related queries and assist customers accordingly.
• Maintain a positive customer experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation is mandatory
• Candidates currently pursuing graduation will NOT be considered.
• Freshers are preferred; candidates with 0–1 year of relevant experience may also apply.
• Excellent Hindi & English communication skills.
• Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Tally and accounting concepts.
• Strong with numbers and basic mathematical calculations.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and email communication.
• Good listening, problem-solving and learning skills.
• Candidates looking to build a long-term career in Customer Support are preferred.
