Job Title: E-commerce & Automation Executive (Shopify, Amazon, WhatsApp API, Zoho)


About Us:

KisanVeda (Kisan Bazaar) is a growing organic D2C brand in Surat, selling A2 milk & ghee, spices, millets, oils and other farm-fresh products directly from farmers to customers. We sell through our own Shopify website, Amazon and our store in City Light, Surat.


About the Role:

We need a hands-on, tech-savvy person who can fix and improve our Shopify website, manage our Amazon listings, and connect our tools (Shopify, Zoho, WhatsApp API) so that customer communication runs automatically.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Shopify Website: Audit our Shopify store, find errors (broken pages, wrong prices/variants, image issues, checkout/payment problems, speed and mobile issues) and fix them. Keep products, collections and offers updated.
  2. Website SEO: Improve product titles, descriptions, meta tags, image alt text and site structure so our website ranks better on Google.
  3. Amazon Listings: Create and update product listings on Amazon Seller Central, do keyword research, write SEO-friendly titles, bullets and descriptions, and handle basic account health and inventory updates.
  4. WhatsApp API Automation: Set up and manage WhatsApp Business API messages - order confirmation, shipping updates and abandoned cart reminders for Shopify customers.
  5. Integrations: Connect Shopify with Zoho (CRM/Inventory/Books) and the WhatsApp API using native apps, Zoho Flow, webhooks or tools like Zapier/Make, so that orders and customer data sync automatically.
  6. Reporting: Share a simple weekly report on website issues fixed, Amazon performance, abandoned cart recovery and automation status.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify (theme settings, apps, products, basic Liquid/HTML/CSS is a plus).
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central listings and marketplace SEO.
  • Practical knowledge of WhatsApp Business API providers (Interakt, WATI, AiSensy, Gupshup or similar) and abandoned cart flows.
  • Basic understanding of Zoho apps and API/webhook integrations.
  • Please share examples of Shopify stores, Amazon listings or automations you have worked on.
  • Experience with D2C, FMCG or food brands is a big plus.
