Job Description

we are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and target-oriented Female Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Follow up on leads received through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, WhatsApp and other sources.
  • Explain company products and services to potential customers.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up for order confirmation.
  • Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
  • Maintain customer details and update CRM records.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Required Skills
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
  • Hindi and Gujarati communication skills; basic English is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle customer enquiries and regular follow-ups.
