Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and generate leads for material testing laboratory services.
• Identify and approach potential clients, including builders, contractors, construction companies, consultants and infrastructure companies.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and regularly follow up on business enquiries.
• Communicate professionally with clients through phone calls, emails, meetings and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate with the laboratory and technical teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
• Handle and manage the marketing team, assign tasks and monitor team performance.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, client reports and other marketing-related documents.
• Maintain client databases, lead records, follow-up schedules and marketing reports.
• Use computers efficiently for daily office work, including MS Excel, Word, email and other relevant software.
• Achieve marketing targets and contribute to the company's business growth.

Required Skills

• Good computer knowledge, especially MS Excel, Word and email.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client-handling, negotiation and convincing skills.
• Ability to manage a team and coordinate with different departments.
• Good planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Professional attitude, confidence and a target-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.

Educational Qualification

• BBA / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Candidates with experience in marketing, sales, business development or the construction industry will be preferred.
