👩‍💼 Position: HR Team Manager – Female

📍 Industry: Diamond Jewellery / Export Business

⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

💼 Experience: Minimum 2 Years

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the employee team

• Maintain positive employee relations

• Support employee needs and resolve day-to-day concerns

• Regular employee follow-up and performance coordination

• Build a motivated, positive and productive work environment

• Organize team-building activities

• Develop and maintain an effective task follow-up system

• Ensure employees are properly following assigned tasks and timelines

• Coordinate between management and employees

• Maintain discipline, communication and a healthy workplace culture
