HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage hiring, employees, HR processes, and day-to-day people operations at MozoPost.

The person will work closely with management and department heads to build a strong team as the company grows.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
• Find and shortlist candidates for Sales, Operations, Finance, Technology and other roles.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate final interviews.
• Manage joining, onboarding and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance and leave.
• Coordinate payroll and salary-related processes.
• Create and maintain HR policies and company rules.
• Monitor employee performance and support managers with performance reviews.
• Handle employee concerns, discipline and workplace issues.
• Manage employee exits and full & final documentation.
• Help build a positive and professional work culture.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Support management in workforce planning and hiring requirements.
• Requirements 1+ years of HR experience.
• Experience in recruitment and employee management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to independently manage hiring.
• Experience handling multiple departments and positions.
• Good knowledge of basic HR processes.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Experience in a startup, e-commerce, logistics or technology company is a plus.
