Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle wholesale inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and online platforms.
  • Share product designs, catalogues, prices, and new collections with customers.
  • Follow up with existing and potential wholesale buyers.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retailers, resellers, boutiques, and wholesale buyers.
  • Coordinate with the team for order processing and dispatch.
  • Maintain customer and sales follow-up records.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Inside Sales / Telesales, preferably in Textile or Women’s Ethnic Wear.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and online customer handling.
  • Target-oriented and customer-focused.
  • Experience with Unstitched Suits / Dress Material / Ethnic Wear will be an advantage.
